workers very fast and friendly packing and loading truck we were very satisfied but when they delivered the stuff there was no order just shoved in garage could not read what was in the boxes...important fragile glass stuff on the bottom of very heavy boxes and needed items in the back it was just a jumbled mess....very unsatisfied with delivery. found good china on the bottom of 3 heavy boxes ...can't even explain what they did with my $3000 sewing machine

WHILE THE MOVE WAS FOR THE MOST PART POSITIVE, I AM DEEPLY DISTURBED BY THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS PROMISED UP FRONT AND WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS ACTUALLY MADE. I TOOK OUT TRIPLE THE INSURANCE LEVELS TO PROTECT MYSELF. NOW I AM HAVING TO FIGHT FOR REPAIRS TO BE MADE TO DAMAGED ITEMS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE MOVING A HOUSEHOLD ACROSS COUNTRY.
