From start to finish our move could not have been better. Kevin Pruitt was great, always available to answer our questions before the move and after. Our movers, Steve Rodriguez, Driver # 80207 and Matt Fortney were very patient and considerate of our furnishings, making sure that everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. WHILE THE MOVE WAS FOR THE MOST PART POSITIVE, I AM DEEPLY DISTURBED BY THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS PROMISED UP FRONT AND WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS ACTUALLY MADE. I TOOK OUT TRIPLE THE INSURANCE LEVELS TO PROTECT MYSELF. NOW I AM HAVING TO FIGHT FOR REPAIRS TO BE MADE TO DAMAGED ITEMS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE MOVING A HOUSEHOLD ACROSS COUNTRY.

This was a local move. The crew arrived 35 minutes early. They worked without taking a break. They were courteous, considerate of my property, and very helpful. The leader, Junior, was really first rate. I would give them two thumbs up and use them again.

The commercial move they did for us last week made me think about posting a review. The two men they sent to do the job were courteous, hard working and got the job done fast with absolutely no problems! I would, and actually have, recommend Merit Moving to my friends and family.

What a pleasure to work with Merit Moving Systems. The estimator (Kevin) arrived on time, Julie called the day before the move to confirm, and the movers arrived 15 minutes early rather than 60 minutes late. The movers did an exceptional job taking great care with all of our possessions. In fact, they did the entire job in 2 1/2 hours, much less than the estimate. All of our possessions are now in storage with Merit and we will look forward to being reunited with them in the near future.

I am always a little skeptical when it comes to movers but Kari Stanley (Estimator) Cherie Turner (Coordinator) and Brad Glass and his helpers did an awesome job. I moved from Murrieta CA to Eureka CA. Everything went as smooth as clockwork. I can't say enough about Merit Moving Systems and I highly recommend them. They are the best moving company I have ever dealt with.

We were completely satisfied with both the representative who gave us a quote (Frank Buckley) and the team that moved us (Frank Corrales). Frank Buckley was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He patiently explained the process, based on his years of experience, and made the decision to choose Merit very simple. Frank Corrales and his team were amazing! These guys never stopped moving. They were fast, friendly, and tidy. They made my 81-year-old mother feel very comfortable and secure with the move. I wasn't too pleased with the office staff, as she was a bit snitty with me when I emailed her the day before the move asking about the team's arrival time. Really, I should be able to ask 20 times without being yelled at in email. Still, that minor issue did not ruin our overall experience. I would absolutely use Merit again, especially if I could have the two Franks involved.
