I had a great experience with Merit. Kari Stanly was wonderful to work with. She responded immediately to my communications, answered all my questions with competence and expertise and did her best to accommodate my requests. Kari truly made a potentially stressful experience tolerable. I would use her again without a doubt. Frank, the mover was also friendly and competent. He did move up the delivery date by one day, which caused some chaos, as the painters were still there, but it all worked out. One item was left on the truck and hand delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend the company to others.

After John Horist did the initial walk through in Mission Viejo, we had a couple date changes....no problem. On move day, three guys and a large bobtail truck arrived on time. The guys worked until every inch of that truck was packed. A few small items went in the back of our cars and off we went an hour south. The unloading procedure was fast and painless. Way to go Merit Moving Services!! As if the whole moving process wasn't stressful enough....you guys made move day so much better.

Excellent Service! We have used Merit twice for our moves both across state and locally. Both times the teams were friendly and took great care to ensure our furniture was wrapped/covered properly to prevent damage. They were very helpful with furniture breakdown/set-up/placement and were super flexible when I couldn't make up my mind what was coming in the house and what was going to storage. Highly recommend!

Kevin is the man. He was extremely patient with me since I had to change delivery destination a couple of times. The packing and loading crew deserve a commendation since they did a superb job. I was very happy with Kevin Pruitt and the ladies I spoke with via phone. They got our move ready and were very helpful. The guys that moved our stuff were helpful to a point. There were four guys and I only got two of their names. Junior was helpful and very courteous with out stuff. Jose, I believe that was his name, was very rude in the beginning and then warmed up after a couple hours. I was also told the movers would take apart the beds, cribs and put them back together at the new house and they only put one bed together. Plus we had to take the crib apart ourselves, no big deal. Lastly, I was told they would pack our stuff and unpack it at the new house and that didn't happen. We did find two items broken already and two items missing. We didn't get copies of the item list they packed/delivered and the writing was u readable so even if I wanted to make a claim, I couldn't read of they packed it anyways.

They helped pack all of my items in an efficient and quick manner and delivered them in great condition. Shellie was especially great: helping me to sort out all of the details and calling me to ensure that I was taken care every step along the way. Definitely would use your service again!
