I was put in contact with Merit for a relocation from Ohio to California for a new job. This is our third time using Merit. This however, was our first local move. As always, the team did a great job. Kari Stanley does an excellent job of getting the process started and sees it through to the end by making sure we are taken care of every step of the way. The driver, Dennis and the fellas who loaded and unloaded, Eddie, Robert, and Izzy were polite and worked hard to get us loaded and unloaded as quickly as possible. I would happily recommend Merit for all local & long distance moves!

Excellent Service!!! John Horitz gave us a quote, Carlos & team totally delivered! We moved from OC to the desert & in 7 hours, Carlos & crew had us packed up, delivered & all my furniture & boxes were put into my new home exactly as I requested. They were awesome, they were friendly, professional & treated us & our belongings with respect. Also, no extra fees, they charged us exactly what was quoted. I have never had such good customer service from a moving company - on both ends. The packers were friendly, professional and thorough; they even came back several hours later when it was discovered a piece of furniture had not made it onto the truck. The unpacker (Frank) at this end left me speechless though; he stayed in close phone contact and, when I couldn't be present, he called for a description of where I would like things placed, which he did precisely as described, and then texted me pictures! I wish I had been there to tip him; it would have been generous. Many thanks for making a tedious job smooth and compassionate. I highly recommend this company.
