Movers were right on time and very professional. All boxes placed exactly where requested and all furniture was wrapped in plastic and then with padding. Not one item was scratched or misplaced. Was very pleased with the service. Sergio and his team of helpers were fantastic. Would definitely use again. Thanks for making the move so seamless on your part.

Very very happy with their service. Everything was right - they arrived on time, they moved everything carefully and padded and wrapped so throughly no furniture was damaged. Everything placed in the right room - this was crucial this is a two story house with 4 bedrooms. And they were pleasant and helpful - couldn't ask for better service!

Best movers ever! From our initial meetings with John Forish to all our unpacking Nothing broken so far - all went well. Sergio our truck driver packed most of my dishes and did a super job. Five guys worked really hard all day and completed the move in one day in the heat. I highly recommend Merit Moving Systems

We booked with Tim Shirk. We had originally booked for 08/01, but I changed the date to 07/31. Unfortunately, it did not get updated in their system. When they called on the Friday before to confirm, we discovered the error. Things happen, their reaction is what is important. They were able to find another crew out of the Palm Desert Office. Coming from PD to San Bdno and then taking our furniture to South OC made for a very long day for our crew. However, Junior, Mario and Santiago were awesome! They were very professional, helpful and careful with our possessions. They are plenty of clean blankets to wrap, They had the tools to disassemble. They packed so much stuff into their truck. It was unbelievable! Nothing broken or lost. Everything placed in our new home where we wanted it. Even moved a few items to a different spot. I could not have asked for a better crew. Overall, very happy with the service received and would definitely recommend Merit Movers in the future.

I booked a move with Kari Stanley, Merit Moving; the fourth move I have made with Merit. Again, extremely pleased! My move was scheduled for the first of July and I had to vacate the rental home in Paseo del Sol by noon inasmuch as the owner was moving in that day. Shaun arrived before 8:00 AM and began the process of wrapping all my glass/delicate items. Two more helpers arrived and I was vacated by 11:30! Everything was accomplished very efficiently. I moved into a new complex, Solaire, in Old Town Temecula. Will be recommending Merit to Solaire management inasmuch as they get many queries for movers! :)
