We were nervous about this cross-country move and Frank put at ease from the beginning. After talking to nearly 14 moving companies, we decided to go with United/Merit. We have zero regrets. They answered every call, every question, and responded to every concern. The folks who loaded our things did so with much care and consideration that we were surprised. The unloading company was quick--unloaded within 90 min. Everyone was profressional and efficent. Honestly, we recieved our things earlier than expexted. Grateful that our things were handled with such care.
