We were nervous about this cross-country move and Frank put at ease from the beginning. After talking to nearly 14 moving companies, we decided to go with United/Merit. We have zero regrets. They answered every call, every question, and responded to every concern. The people who loaded our things into containers did so with so much care and consideration that we were surprised to have not lost anything. The unloading company was quick--unloaded within 90 min. Everyone was professional and efficient. Honestly, we received our things earlier than expected and we are grateful that our things were handled with such care.

I can’t compliment enough. From the very start when Kevin came to give us a firm estimate and all that followed. Alyson coordinated and kept in touch throughout. She is the best! The move went smoothly from start to finish. The crew was great! Moving is very stressful but their friendly and professional manner made it easy. If we should ever move again you can count on Merit being called.

My experience was wonderful. Kevin Pruitt’s volume estimate was on the money. My price estimate was the price I paid, no “Nickel & Dime” add-on fees. Alyson Mattox walked me through everything as was like a sister. Customer service at its best!! Frank and his crew delivered my goods, set up my bed & dresser all under 2hours! Everything went better than planned!! What a great team of employees! Thank you all! Frank, you’re the best. Pleasant company, “no muss, no fuss”. I started researching moving companies online in early 2021 for a planned move from L.A. to The Ozarks. What an eye opener. After reading hundreds of horror stories, I concluded that the moving industry is rotten to the core. It is thoroughly corrupt and much of it is actually organized criminal enterprise. I learned everything customers did wrong and how they suffered for it. I always search out and study reviews, independent ones, not from the company’s own websites. I came across Merit Moving System and they had an exceptionally good reputation in their customer reviews. I called them and set up an online video walk through, then accepted their bid. I did my own packing (153 boxes). Fast forward months to move day, December 29th. They crew/truck were right on time. The four guys did a fantastic job and were in and out in a couple of hours. At our new place in Missouri, they missed the delivery window by four days but once somebody explained the situation to me over the phone, it was all good.
