We were nervous about this cross-country move and Frank put at ease from the beginning. After talking to nearly 14 moving companies, we decided to go with United/Merit. We have zero regrets. They answered every call, every question, and responded to every concern. The people who loaded our things into containers did so with so much care and consideration that we were surprised to have not lost anything. The unloading company was quick--unloaded within 90 min. Everyone was professional and efficient. Honestly, we received our things earlier than expected and we are grateful that our things were handled with such care.

My experience was wonderful. Kevin Pruitt’s volume estimate was on the money. My price estimate was the price I paid, no “Nickel & Dime” add-on fees. Alyson Mattox walked me through everything as was like a sister. Customer service at its best!! Frank and his crew delivered my goods, set up my bed & dresser all under 2hours!
